Morning problems.

Why is it that lately in the morning im waking up really tired? I go to bed like at 11 or 11:30 and I wake up like at 9 and im totally Knocked out like I have the hardest time waking up! And then to top it off I spend the whole morning with my eyes burning soo badly like if I havent had any sleep! And im sleepy all day or out of it, why is this? I usually go to bed at the same time and wake up between 8 and 9.. So I don’t know if its bc the weather change bc I do have a weak immune system and that might explain the burning eye part..but im not sure.. Or maybe if I dont have a stable Bed time..which isnt much of a difference inbetween 11 and 11:30.. So yea..I don’t know..

Are you eating right before you sleep? That contributes largely to feeling exhausted when you wake up in the morning. Always wait two hours after eating to fall asleep. Also, not drinking enough water can make your eyes burn and water and even puffy. Hope I helped :)

believe it or not you actually might be getting too much sleep. I heard your sleep patterns are cycles so if you sleep more than 8 hours your sleep cycle starts over again. so when you wake up you feel the same as if you’ve just gone to bed and woken up 2 hours later.
