Really speaking stage performance is one good art. when people can make audience move(dance or rock) by that it can be said that he is a good performer. initially when they work on performances; and when they have achieved the fame and name they have no need to look back . but till the time they have to make the audience rock and roll. they usually earn a decent amount which is a good amount. i am not sure what might be the amount but its a good amount.
If you are a independent artist, you aren't going to sell any records. But if you are a artist thats on a mainstream label, you have a much bigger chance of becomming big in the US and selling millions of records than you would not being on a mainsteam label.
It really depends on the singer and dancer and how good they are. Dancer information: http://funadvice.com/r/155rsl1u1cs Musician information (I couldn't find just plain singer but it is covered in here): http://funadvice.com/r/155rsl1u440
it depends on how many albums they sell and how big they're fanbase is. how good is the dancer??? if they're good then they get paid a lot:)
Really depends on how famous and how many albums they sell, if you are looking for a sepecific one you can just google it (:
