Mom Probz in pennsylvania can I move out at 17?

my mother and I don’t see eye to eye ever…shes just to controlling and says that even when I turn 18..she keepin me here (home)…I sick of all the fighten and the failres at tryna comunivatr…theres only so much I can do if shes not willin tu be reasoinalbe…im 16 turning 17 in 3 months ;; in the state of pennsylvania can I move out at 17?

You can legally move out at the age of 16 just like you have the right to leave school legally at the age of 16. She says she can but if you decide you don’t want to live there, then don’t. Make sure you can live economically.

I dont know but legally once youare of age she cannot keep you there. so I recommend you try to set up getting a roommate to split rent. or get a job now and start saving money to move out. there are also people who need like in house babysitters or like people who are lookinhg for roomates.

yeah \u can if you stay in school have a decent house and a job but they can bring you back everyday till your 18 unless you get amasipated means divorce from you parents
