How can I moisturize my dry hair after trying just about everything?

I’ve tried the egg mask, avocado mask, hot oil treatment, I always condition my hair before and after washing it, and have been skipping a day before washing my hair. My hair is still dry no matter what.

Have you tried biosilk? Its like an oil you put in after or before you style. Its kinda expensive. Like 50$ a bottle. Smells great. You barley out a dab in it. Like a pea sized amount. Makes you hair silky

I use Burt’s Bees miracle salve on my dry hair and work greta

I do a lot of damage to my hair, I wash it almost everyday and blowdry and straighten it, I use Biolage By Matrix ultra-hydrating shampoo (not even the condition, so I’m sure if I did that would be better for my hair also) and then I also use Biolage Ultra Hydrating balm too. Also switch the balm sometimes for (ion repair solution) which I get from Sallys beauty store which I’ve read awesome reviews from to help with damage dry hair. And thats the (color red line). I know theres another line (ion Moisturizing shampoo) and thats the (color blue line) which I was thinking of trying. I have also bought Damaged Remedy Shampoo, conditioner and Intensive restructuring treatment. (restructing shampoo with quinoa protein). Which I have yet to use cause of how veryexpensive!!! they all were together.. though I should, I read reviews from Amazon and they were all 5 STARS. Mostly everything in the Damaged Remedy was 5 STARS prob why its soo expensive. but people usually wash with these products once a week cause how expensive and it still works great as its said. Just to give an idea for the 3 bottles which were (8.5fl oz, 6.7fl oz and 4.2fl oz) and I paid $74 dollars for all three. So as you can see you don’t get much for a lot of money… though as a said this should only be used once a week so you keep it longer and people do this and it still works.. So thats also something to look into… Hope this helped :)

Answer #5

I leave conditioner in my hair for about 2 hours and wash it out after that time :)

I use pure coconut oil on my hair. I dye my hair a lot. At least twice a month. Every week I combine pure coconut oil and almond oil, not extract, and leave it on my hair for an hour while taking a bath. The steam helps it to soak in. My hair always come out soft and shiney. Coconut oil is great for skin and hair!
