how to get mobile hotspot on phone?
can anyone help me get my phone to turn into a hotspot? i tried a few apps but none worked. my phone is virgin mobile optimus elite

Basically you cannot turn a dated phone like that into a hotspot through apps You can however, use the bluetooth PC suite (called BlueSoleil) to allow your PC to connect via data packets to the internet, this is only possible if the phone itself allows you to do so….
