Well apparently some people don’t want to answer your question, so I would say to try and win concert tickets. On the radio, they always are announcing ways to win them and also backstage passes. Getting a backstage pass would for sure be a dream for you, lol.

But I don’t think she has any concerts coming up :(

Find her phone number, call her, ask. Look her up on yellowpages.com or some Miley website. If she says no, I don’t think it’d be worth it to meet her.
