Menstrual.?

Im on the phone with my ex-girlfriend and shes constantly saying that her stomach hurts and that she`s on. .. I already know about periods and all that, but why do they hurt them.?

For some girls it feels like your uterus is being tied in a knot - it’s this constant throbbing ache in your abdomen and it is often at its most painful in the first couple of days. And yes it is because it contracts in order to rid the body of the blood that was lining the uterus.

ummm… you’re uterus isn’t sloughing off…

Basically your uterus contracts in order to get rid of all the blood that has build up and that is what causes the pain…it can really get very uncomfortable. If you wanna help her give her a lower back massage…should help a lot.

Because its like the sloughing off of your uterus… So the wall that builds up in there over the course of a month starts tearing apart and falling off…basically… So thats the blood, and the pain…
