If you take the birth control pill, you can sometimes not take your “sugar pill” week and skip a period, but it is not a guarantee. Some women skip the period, others still bleed or spot.

There are also pills that make you not get a period at all, but they are fairly new.

You can talk to your ob-gyn for more information if you are interested.

Other than that, there isn’t really anything you can do.

there is birth control pills or if u dont want anyone seeing the blood then try changing ur pad every half hour
