Only do it at night in bed if you KNOW you will not be interrupted, and that nobody will be popping their head in the door to check on you.

First you shouldn't feel ashame it's something mostly everyone has done in their life one time or another. If you come home from school and there is no one home perfect great time to pleasure yourself if not then wait until everyone is sleep or do it in the shower.
That's something they're not supposed to know either way... Do it when you have free time and no one's around or especially when no one's home...
