Why are the map markers on Oblivion disappeared?

where is the map at to paradise island?

The dice are colored dice and you play by moving along different length lines to the end of the world and back on a map.

In mw2 the map pack for the 360 came out on 3/30/10 but if you have a ps3 you have to wait for a month thats just stupid why ...
