What does "mangar" mean?

All I know is that it’s a dominican word or like a slang word. I’m ecuadorian so I have no idea what it means o.O I have a couple of dominican friends and were joking around and the word came up, so I was lost and have no idea what it means (they didn’t want to say the meaning, I guess it was an inside joke).

It’s an inflatable bath cushion … or several other things. Google it.

There are a few definitions for the word … the Urban dictionary lists it as a type of cigar, and a male cougar (not the animal - the slang term for older women attracted to younger men, but in this case, it’s an older man after younger women). A rough translator states that it means “to steal”. I think the best thing to do, is just ask them what it means.
