What's the makeup that makes your cheek bones look better and how exactly do you use it?

All makeup used should make you look enhanced. And I think you mean blush. If so I brush it in the places that I turn rosy when I do blush.

To make cheekbones look higher you put a highlight color above them and a darker color like a bronzer on your cheeks below. Your mom can probably teach you how to do this but if she is cosmetic challenged the women who work at department store cosmetic counters will be happy to demonstrate the technique and sell you suitable products.

I think applying Bronzers highlight the skin tones creating a more natural look.
