LSU Question!

I just received the “best & brightest application” from Louisiana State University.

I was wondering if this application is different from the regular application?

Is it like a shoe-in application? b/c there are no essays on it or anything, it just asks me to fill out the factual information. But maybe everyone gets it? I don’t know..

Do you think its better to submit this one instead of a regular one? please help the deadline is coming up!
