How do I get my Myspace password back?

hi how are you; well I had an old email account that I used for my myspace account. but one day when I tried to get into my account myspace wouldnt let me in or should I say whoever had stolen my password. I had given a friend my password just to fix up my account because I wasnt really aquainted with the whole thing. so I really dont know if it was somebody else or my friend. but I really want my account back because I had a lot of personal things on it. so I would really appreciate if you could help me out. please and thank you.

well go to myspace’s home page and then around the area where you can login there should be a ‘lost password’ or something like that around it; click on it then an e-mail will get sent to your e-mail and you can reset your password. but if you don’t know the password to that old e-mail then you’re gonna have to do the same thing; change your password and stuff.
