I want to lose weight without having to nearly starve myself to death.
Morning/Breakfast 7am - 9am : eat every kind of sweet things for breakfast. ( remember after 9 am you can't eat any sweet kinda food anymore, so dont be late for breakfast. )
- STOP EAT ANYTHING ! ( DRINK MINERAL WATER )until lunch time.
Afternoon/ Lunch 1pm - 3pm : u can eat everything. ( but remember at 3 pm no more food ar just a chips even sweet candy and stuff )
- STOP EAT ANYTHING ! ( DRINK MINERAL WATER )until dinner time.
Night/ Dinner 7pm - 10pm just eat a lot of fruit or vegetables, all kind of fruit or vegetables, can be juice or salad. ( if you still do sumthing after 10pm and hungry just eat mango, avocado or anything fruits, but if you got nothing to do just drink mineral water )
- STOP EAT ANYTHING ! ( DRINK MINERAL WATER ) 1 hour before you sleep.
IF YOU REALLY WANT YOU WILL GOT WHAT YOU WANT...
Do cardio for at least 30 minutes at least 4 days a week drink water and eat with moderation. Dont forget to watch what you eat as well, less fat more protien but down forget your carbs to stay energized. All the best!
