crunchs, excersise push ups ect. drink lots of water even though u be bloated a lil wen u sleep it will like drain out

Situps, crunches, and other belly exercises. Drink tons of water. Find a certain number of reps and sets, and do it when you feel you should. You can also do planks, they work GREAT.

Also with the crunches, sit-ups… any other excersise pertaining to urs abs only.. Thats just going to tone them, which ur not going to see if you have fat over them. So you wanna work out with weights, you loose fat faster working out with weights too.
