Well, it depends how old you are sometimes, what i would do as a 14 year old is go to the gym for an hour, 2 at the most a day, and then maybe a half an hour jogg and if you have a dog take it with you to keep you company too :) also you shouldnt change your diet that much, if you want a snack try an apple or any fruit that you like, not crips, buiscuits or other fatty sugary stuff, etc..Oh and i wouldn't use the special k one as all cerials have alot of sugar in them so i dont think it would make a difference..Hope This Helps :)
You have to eat to lose weight. So eat only healthy food like lots of veggies some fruit (not too much) everyday and 2 or 3 servings of protein. No "white trash" I call it. No "added" sugar, no flour, no pasta. You'll drop the weight fast! Read the Zone book.
Stay away from sodas! Sodas are pure sugar and put weight on you really fast. Drink plenty of water, eat reasonably, and try to be active during the day.
well you can start by a slow jog and then take your pulse. then do crunches and then jumping jacks
I think 10 pounds in a month is slightly extreme, I would recommend excersie and healthy eating.
