Remember also, you are talking about the smallest cell in the human body - you dont know if it was confined to that one area, or if you suceeded in cleaning it all off. If you dont want to get pregnant, I would get emergency contraception. You also might want to think about oral contraceptives and condoms for the future!
That is HIGHLY unlikely. If you clean up, you'll be good. It's not like sperm has a mind of it's own... it doesn't know where to go until it's way in the vagina. lol
