What you learn in school prepares you to be successful and learn a whole lot on the outside - in life you never stop learning.

look at it this way- school teaches you how to use your brain- like you took drivers ed. to learn how to drive a car- same philosophy. in school you get different mental exercises to stimulate different parts of your brain, so it isn’t so much the “reading, writing, and arithmetic” so much as it is presenting challenges- and seeing how you react to those challenges. once you are out of school you will learn something new every day- in the real world, and if you finish school- you will have a better idea of how to face life on a daily basis. I am 39- and I have tackled many NEW challenges, and learned a lot of new things in the past 9 days- you should never stop learning- and school will lay the “foundation” for your future.
