how can I become a leader and not a follower anymore?

Believe in yourself and take chances. When we believe in ourselves and open our minds to possibilities, we can achieve almost anything. As for making people like you, just be yourself. Those who like you will follow, and those who won’t don’t need to.

You need to gain their trust and respect by deserving it. Be firm but fair. You need to be resourceful and capable of seeing the most efficient method of the allocation of duties in order to achieve the desired end results. Although most world leaders (in Business as well as Governments) are men, I really believe that in general most women have the potential to be better leaders than the average man.

The first thing that leaders have that attracts people to them is confidence. You need to learn how to be you and no one else, and have confidence in yourself. Once you gain confidence and it shows in your every day life, youll notice that people will look up to you more.

i had the same probleam, just be yourself and get out there try to meet/talk to new people and you will make more friends and be more social and less fallower

Just try to fit and be a part of. You are not any better or any worse. Just a part of.
