I agree - most establishments that hire “hosts” require you to be legal age for serving alcohol.

She may try the catering business for events. Usually they greet, set up, serve food, and do tear down clean up and it takes a group of workers for that . But most events have a cash bar so someone of age can handle the alcohol aspect.
