I’m going to a job fair tomorrow for a new local motel. They are hiring a bunch of different positions. I’ve never been to a job fair before; what should I be prepared for and should I wear interview type clothing?

I would wear something that you could also wear to an interview but make it a little more on the casual side. Put your best customer service smile on your face and make sure you shake hands and look the person in the eyes that you are meeting. In the motel industry they are looking for people skills more than anything.

Dress nice - collect all the business cards - check into those that appeal to you…Good luck !!
