its over:( how do you get over your ex?

okay I have justed been finished by boyfriend whom I have been seeing for almost 11 months.I didnt want to be caught crying because it would ruin me!so I ran as far away from him and every1 who was there and kuldnt bare going home because I knew he would ring me so I stayed at my godmothers and cried all night I felt awful I didnt go home till late the following day and my mum told me that I had 20 missed calls from him(my ex) so I had to ring him, he then asked me to go over 2 his so I brought my bffl so I wuldnt be alone with him and then he admitted to cheatong on me and had been told my 1 of my friends that he had 2 finish me before he got a chance 2 hurt me. when I heard this I got reallly angry and was about to slap him into next year but my bffl lets call her gertrude pulled me back. I was so annoyed!:@ this haapend 3 days ago and im still REALLY struggling to get over him. so how do get over your ex a.s.a.p? p.s sorry its so long I had to let it out :)

it took me a long time to get over a cheating boyfriend. but what I found worked best were distractions. keep yourself busy. do as much activities as you can during the day so that by the time you get in your bed, you’d be so exhausted that you’d just fall straight to sleep without having much time to cry and reminisce.

if that doesnt work. find an outlet to let out your emotions like through music or writing or anything. writing poetry helped me out too. :)

I think you should go and slap if that guy was my boyfriend that would be the onli way 2 getover him. I cant understand why you cant get over him hes a big worthless piece of s* I hate it when boys cheat on there girlfriend just 4get abt him. he isnt worth yr tears or love

well you could try doing hobbies tat’ll take everything bad off your mind and it’ll pass soon over time if it doesnt might need to go back wit him and give a 2nd chance but if you still think he’ll cheat I dont honestly know what to do srry:(
