what item do u think is better to have, A house phone or Cell phone?

thats wat i told my mom, but she wants to cut off the cells… thats stupid and we have to have the house for internet..ugh

House phones are pretty pointless now a days unless your running a business or fax machine out of your home. A cellphone is more practical seeing as how you can bring it with you anywhere you go. We dont have a house phone, i see no point in owning one when there are two cellphones in the house.

It depends. Around here, house phones are a lot cheaper. Yes you still need a cellphone, but well if you don’t have the money for a contract, then a house phone might be a better option. It depends on the circumstances and where you live.

cell phones are much better.

In general, I’d say a cellphone. You can take it anywhere with you, and people can reach you pretty much any time aside from when you’re in a ‘no service’ zone. I also like the whole texting thing, considering you don’t actually have to call a person to do it.

When it comes to prices, however, home phones are much more cheaper. Long distance rates are nowhere near the same, and unless you have some kind of a “my 5” plan on the cell, local time costs a lot too.

I guess it’s an issue of price vs. mobility. xD In most cases, price wins.
