Is this going anywhere?

I’ve met and gotten to know this woman and I say woman because she is seven years older than me. Now at first things started off as being based solely on sex and nothing more. After a while that stopped and we just hung out as friends. As we hung out more we felt some actual chemistry between us. Over the winter break we saw each other pretty often. Prior to the winter starting I had confessed my feelings for her and the fact that I would want a more sincere relationship. A step beyond friendship. Her and I have discussed our past and it seems as though she is afraid to commit or will not commit to anyone because she is afraid due to past relationships. How can I show that I am truely sincere? Now that school has started back up her and I barely talk and more importantly barely see each other. It has been a long time and her and I were suppose to talk in person about her and I as a couple. I’m not sure where her and I will head? Is it fair that I am lingering on waiting to see when she will come around? Should I wait and see? Should I move on? I am unsure of what to do.

you need to tell her face to face about how you feel, and let her know you will never inntentially hurt her.
