A manager following the law of individual difference, allows her five employees to establish their own starting schedule for work everyday..
my question on that situation is,Is that an ethical or non-ethical??
No, it isnt unethical... it's just the question of ethics does not really arise (which I guess means the situation is ethical...), unless she was picking out these people for special treatment (and not giving other people working for her at the same level the same options)
The law of individual differences states that all people are different so by allowing them to decide their peak performance times, you adhere to the ethical credo of the school of thought.
this situation gave by my teacher...we have a discussion about ethical and unethical...so I really need your opinion on that situation for you is that ethical or unethical??
Sure, the manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the work gets done - don't see where the ethical question enters into the decision.
not sure what "non-ethics" is exactly?
does it mean unethical? or do you mean ethics has nothing to do with the situation?
I dont see how ethics plays a part in this? It doesnt really hurt anyone?
I mean unethical...
so it's non-ethics?
stop worrying.
