myn did thatt just hold the middle and bottom buttonss ( the middle and play ) it goes onto the apple sign andd then if you turn it on it shud work :)

My iPod froze yesterday and I had to wait for the battery to completely die and charge it then turn it back on.

Check if hold is on if it is then turn it off so that the lock on the screen dissapears. then press the center button and the menu button at the same time until an apple sign appears. It worke on mine and I hope it works on yours
