Is invisalign treatment of teeth most effective than bracing?

I wouldnt say its more effective, but its certainly more attractive and convienent especially for adults who dont want a mouth full of metal at their age. They work about the same as long as the person using them actually wears them when they are supposed to and keeps up with it.

I do no think they are better for any reason. I had the old (wire) braces from like February 2006-October 2009. I think they are more effective. All you have to do is kind of sacrifice your look a little bit, but it’s worth it. I do not know much about invisible treatment. If you can take of the Transparent Plastic before you eat and stuff, I do not recommend it. If you indeed can take it off, it is very easy to loose and not really durable. My brother had transparent retainers, while I had the normal wire on top and bottom retainer. He lost his retainer a lot and was very vulnerable. Me and my brother had our braces the same time, from beginning to end. I highly recommend using the wired braces. I think it might be a little more expensive, but I think a beautiful smile is worth it. My braces cost 4,500$ and so did my brother, so thats 9,000$ just for both our braces. If you like cheap stuff you might like those invisilign. Still remember I do not know much about it.

Don’t judge this just on money, they’re free in the UK to a certain extent. Like they judge you on aesthetics, comfort, functionality etc of your teeth. And if you rank above a certain level they’re free. But the level isn’t very high. I got mine free. It was worth the struggle. My new dentist said I have perfect teeth

You can only have invisalign if your aproved to have them, they can’t treat bite problems or bad overcrowding. If your ortho says you are aproved to get them go for it, they cost less and you’ll need them for less time. But really your teeth have to be quite a simple fix to be able to get invisalign.

I understand what you are saying. I never said that they were better because of money. In fact I never said they were better. I never said that they don’t work. I was stating my opinion from personal experience, not because of the money. I just noted that wired braces MIGHT be more expensive. I also restated that I don’t know much about those other kinds of braces. I don’t know, they might even be more expensive. I just personally think that they are better.
