What is the relevance of international strategy to business people

For me, it means simply making sure that while this is an American company, the staff come from five countries, speak more than five languages, and none of the other sites in our category are “strictly American” very little on the web really is.

So, you have to consider cultural differences, language barriers, and legal implications of operating a site that can be accessed the world over.
