I dont have a phone card. I have a cell phone

it is a long distance call so you have to find chinas long distance number. like most people in middleton are 208.

get a phone card just in case. If you dail from your home number without a phone card or something like that, your bill is going to be sky high

First, you need to dial the International Call prefix (Dial 011: the code for the U.S.). Then, dial the Country Code (Dial 86: the country code for China). And lastly, enter the phone number. So when you’re done you should have 011 + 86 + City Code + Phone Number.

But even if you have a cell phone, unless you have international calling in your phone plan it’s going to cost you a lot of money. So it’s best to get a phone card or something.
