How to get rid of insomnia?

I can neverrr get sleep… How do I get rid of this insomia WITHOUT a doctor or meds? I also wake up a lot because of my stomache.. it is constantly hurting =[

Get a job - work all day after you get off school. You’ll sleep like the dead. You probably have too much energy left over at the end of the day. Go ride 20 miles on a bike, or go running. You will no longer have insomnia, I promise.

honestly I dont know if this can be done without a dr… I mean you really shouldnt be having random stomaches… the convential wisdom says try to go to sleep around the same time every day dont eat too soon before sleeping etc but it seems like there’s something else wrong…

maybe putting on some music would help, or some other background noise to help preoccupy your mind while you drift off. =D

I cant see a doctor my parents are NOT going to bring me theres nothing I can do about my stomach so I give up on my stomach I just need to get some sleep but I cant without watching the tv till I fall alsleep but my dad wont let me watch tv

I have intense stomach problems too. what I find helps is if I do, actually, a labor breathing exercise. you take a deep breath and let it out in 3 small breaths like, hee hee hee and then let the rest out, with a big whooo. if you focus on that, you start to forget about your stomach. and if your focusing on your breathing, it helps to fall asleep. [we sound like twins, cant sleep & stomach pains. and parents wont take us to the dr.] hope this helps ://

Your stomach constantly hurting has me worried. That is not a normal occurrence and can signify underlying issues. Do you have a lot of stress in your life right now Stress can bring ulcers into play and that could be the cause of the stomach pain and stress is also to blame for a lot of sleepless nites. Try to find some activities that you find relaxing, reading a book, a bubble bath with some lavender seat salt, things that tend to relieve stress and see how it goes. If you dont get relief soon then you may want to see a doctor about it.
