Like many habits it will start small and will develop into an unmanageable situation later on. The best chance for a person to get cured from it is early. If you find yourself thinking about your weight and precupied about it and the thiughts are intrusive in many day to day situations then it is already a problem and that's the time to get help as we were not made to be constantly worried about our weight to the point of obsessing like that.
it doesn't have to be everyday, but it will develop into it.... if you are inducing yourself to vomit ritually, it's a start
more then once hehe...no about 4 or 5 times cuz wen ur sik you may just vomit 5 times @ most ur welcome>w<
So it has to be as frequent as everyday? o.o
