i cant improvise HELP

So I’m trying out for a performjng arts school i thought it was a prepared dance until i seen written improvised dance only no prepared dance is required and i can’t improvise what so ever

I think the best thing you can do here is master some moves that can be incorporated into any style of music.

First of all let me tell you fact is why you are not improving in your activity. Thing is that you are not trying to focus particularly or also not enjoying your dance. So, start to dance freely and forget about all things just concentrate in one way in your dance for improving yourself in dance.
