ok you’re going to need to talk to someone one on one I’m not sure if aa or na have a website or a chat room did you get a sponsor? is there anyone local you can talk to? and for now you.e going to ahve to hate it just the way it goes remember the jail cell? yeah in front of a computer isnt such a bad place to be is it? if you’re not high and strugglin guess what you’re not high! drug dreams by the way are actually good for you you can use without using(they seem tooo real tho huh?) its not going to be real easy real fast but it gets easier try to find smaller meeting where you mjght be more able to speak those people cant help if they dont know who or where you are I know a guy who wrote in one of his books just keep trying just keep trying probably 10000 times so be patieint with yourelf and put down the cookies lol just kidn hang in there!

Even if you haven’t been able to speak up YET, you are still at the meetings and aren’t out using. Maybe strike up a conversation with another woman and confide in her and she might help you to introduce yourself. You really do need to get a sponsor. White knuckling will only take you so far.

Irrismith is right about the dreams. They are a good sign. In fact everything he says makes sense. Small steps. One day at a time. Sometimes one hour at a time. Good Luck!!
