Im going to the Geisha House...
I have a date to the Geisha House tomorrow night and I have no idea what to order! Its a Japanese spot I believe… I wanna try sushi but I cant understand the menu. Its in English (I think) but I dont know what any of this stuff is! Im open to trying to things. I love shrimp and string beans but I dont eat beef or pork (its nasty) Here (attached) is some of the things on the menu that Im considering.. if you know what it is tell me please! Or tell me what would be good. I just dont wanna get to the restuarant and take 30 minutes to order!
tempura,rice,soup,pickles,selection of sashimi(I lve tuna, urchin, salmon, arc clam)
I think the principle is to balance every piece out so no matter how or what you order, the combination will work out.ull just have to appreciate and savour the moment of the apperance and the texture.

if you went, tell me how it went… if you are on your way… ask for the Red Samarai or the Ocean dragon Those are great ask for eel sushi - if they have it, that place is awesome.. if they don’t have it.. its just a regualr place… the eel is usually cooked and in a savory saue on top of rolls… mmm
