What can I do to lose weight?

I av beeen fat all my life apart from when I was yunger it really pisses me off I meen im 5 stone over weight lost 3 since december im 13 by the way and it really annoy.icut out everythin exercise only eat friut and vege and still lose nuthin what else can I do so what I did is startin throwin p and it works but I think im just not gona eat anythin then when I get too my weight[six stone ]I will stop.but people say it is hard to stop but I don’t no what I will thin but I do no this I want to be skinny!!!:(:(:(:(

Hi,

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.
