Every woman is different. Some woman are born loose, some get loose after having a child. To be honest, a woman can’t get loose from too much sex, especially if they do their ‘exercises.’ When a woman is a aroused, the vagina naturally loosens up, so if you’re complaining about your partner being too loose, you may need to get a life, or an education. And I don’t think that you can become loose after having a child, unless it was a really big baby, or at least that’s what I’ve studied, because the vagina is the place where you can stretch it out as far as it can go and it will go back to the way it originally was, like memory foam. Lol.
Squeeze your vagina muscles! Okay this is hard to explain, and something only a girl can understand. You know when you go pee you can squeeze those muscles to stop the pee from coming out. If you keep squeezing those muscles a lot (it becomes habit) you’ll be tight. I’ve been doing it for so long, it kind of sucks now because now I’m way too tight :(

The more kids you have yes you do get a bit more lose sorry to say! Child bearing is the only way you do become lose having sex a lot doesn’t do that to you. So you do have a chance of becoming lose after having a lot of kids but that is a nstural thing
