I don't know what category this should be in.

What is a good way to relax and try to think things through? I’ve been very stressed lately and there’s so many things going through my head I can’t seem to just focus on one thing. Please help?

I go to the gym, I find when I’m working out or working the punching bag really puts things into perspective…for me at least… I dunno I guess it’s when you keep your mind occupied you don’t dwell on the little things and only really focus on whats important

go to a quite place outside eitherat night or during the day. and make sure its sunny out. or raining I like the rain. but just do that and like sit and think. thats what I find the easiest way.

spend some time with the lights dim, listen to relaxing music and maybe some candles. Try drinking some chamomile tea, and soak in a warm/hot tub. Lavender and sandlewood are relaxing scents for candles and bath oils.
