What are ideas for a workshop?

Every thursday, we have a workshop for student council. I have no idea what to do a workshop on which is student council related. I can’t use spirit or teamwork since those have been taken.

Talk about ways to boost your own self-esteem. How to make people feel good about themselves, and ways that you could help another person feel better. You could also talk about the dangers about having both a low self-esteem and a high self-esteem.
