yes but make sure you wrap it in something first like a hankey, tea towel, tissues, ect another good thing that helps reduce the redness is toothpaste especially mint toothpaste just get a cotton swap and put a dollop of it on the pimple, wait an hour or two and the redness will subside
The sudden temperature change can sometimes kill the bacteria causing the blemish…
