I've lost my BEST FRIEND!!! :(

Ok, My so called best friend recently told me that we couldnt really hang out anymore because I was a bad influence and that I have changed recently. Shes a big Christian and I accept that because I am too. But dont you think that a true friend would have tried to help me out instead of ignoring me?!?! I know this is really immature and we are usually not like this but I have been really bummed out bout losing my best friend because she was the only person I could talk to bout pretty much all my problems. I don’t think I should change just for her. If I change it will be for me and Jesus. I don’t know what to do! I need advice, should I forget bout her and move on or change for the better??

Answer #1

No, she said that her preacher said to choose better friends.

Answer #2

I agree with hottidoll.

Answer #3

maybe it wasnt her choice? if she says you were a bad influence it might have came from her parents

Answer #4

I think you should ask her for an explanation - What about you was making a bad influence on her? I mean, maybe there is something she isn’t telling you because it does sound kind of fishy. A true best friend would talk about it and work out the problem, not just pick up and leave.

Answer #5

YEA. I AGREE WITH HOLY WAFFLES! L0L. AND MI 0PINION IS THAT,–MAYBE SHE RITE…DEPENDING ON WHAT THINGS SHE TALKING ABOUT you BEIN A BAD INFLUENCE—BUT, YEA SHE SH0LDNT HAVE JUSS CUT you OUT OF HER LIKE like THAT…SHE SHUDA GAVE you A BETTER EXPLAINATION TO WHY? AND MAYBE you WUD UNDERSTAND AND FEEL WHERE SHE IS COMING FROM. TRY CALLING HER AGAIN..;)

Answer #6

Ask her what makes you a bad friend. This doesn’t mean you have to change yourself but the least she could do is give you an explanation. If you were such a bad friend then ask her why she stuck around for all this time, sounds to me like she’s getting brain washed…

Answer #7

tell her to ask god to give her advice on what the right thing would be. its better to hear things from god directly then from a preacher
