How can I lose 12 LBs by August 10th?
well eat salads mostly and some meat and run around you block at least twice a day and dont eat bread or patatoes fast food just stick to fruits and vegtibles and one small fatty snack a day and it has to be in the early day oh and you cant eat past 7:00 because most people arnt active and if you sleep with food in you stomach it will turn into fat bc you cant burn it while sleeping
well its not that healty but you could just eat broth for the rest of the time i lost 10 pounds fast with it so you should be able to do it (2-5 cups a day) their only 5 cals per cube
but you need to take multi vitamins so you can keep up you energy and strength
I cant eat meat. I'm a VEGETARIAN!!
