The only way to lose your virginity (and I will say it again) is by actual intercourse.

The tearing of the hymen does NOT take away your virginity.

The hymen is thin and easy to tear and can be torn with any regular activity - horseback riding, active sports, etc…

Well, the hymen does not decide whether or not you are a virgin..that is fact, and a doctor will tell you the same thing.

If anything, I’d recommend you ask the doctor who did the procedure to write a letter stating that he did a procedure that broke your hymen and you are still a virgin.

Other than that, there is nothing you can do.

the definition really has nothing at all to do with your hymen, unless you just so happen to have it intact during intercourse usually by a penis as this is the only thing that will get you pregnant be aware that your hymen can be broken by many things like tampons, sex toys, dildos, fingers, horse riding and aggressive sports so you could have lost it long before you first havve sex so if it didnt break from a penis, you are still a virgin also I dont see why a doctor would put something in your vagina unless he suspected you might have ecrvical cancer or something serious as ichibanarky said, no one on this site is a doctor so you wont get any advice from doctors or people of authority just advice from everyday people all over the world and to figure out if you can sue or if your just going to loose a lot of monety and time then wed need to know why he stuck something in you, and what for to give you more helpful advise …it would be a lot more helpful if we knew why you went to the doctors, what he put in you, and why he did it…if he said anything to you that would help as well and there is also no such thing as “disvirgined” its called “loosing your virginity” 3 words not 1 also if the dioctor needs to check your vagina and your hymen is in the way, then thats not his fault they dont have machines that can go around your hymen to check whats wrong the hymen is a thin layer of skin that can be broken by variouse things and majority of the people who do get married dont have theres intact, because its been broken by other simple things that and no one in the world can tell if your hymen is still there unless they have a small camera inside you or unless you tell them

If you gave your signature and stated that you were happy to go through with the procedure then there is nothing you can do. You can’t sue, you can’t even complain because you agreed to it.
