What should we name our cat?

I’m studying Wicca, and my mother and I want to get a little kitty to be out ‘familiar’. Its probably going to be a black cat, and we don’t want to name it after any of the Gods (that could possibly considered insulting). We both celebrate the God and Goddess, but we also use a lot of the Celtic gods too. What should we name our cat?

I like the name moon for a black cat..don’t ask me why but that is what pops into my head when I see a black cat.

I think “Shadow” would be a good name… If it’s going to be black, it’s going to be as dark as a ‘shadow’… isn’t it? :)
