I'm in love with one guy and like another HELP!

I’ve been dating a guy for 15 months and he is my first everything (we are in college). he is also 5 years older than me. he has broken up with me two times for not knowing what he wants to do with his life and he needed time and he broke up with me another time because he didnt know if our relationship was strong enough and our love was drifting appart. after getting together, him promising he would be better, I did not see progress for a week. I got frustrated and my friends set me up with this guy who likes me and I must say is really nice and hott. we made out that night and thats it. my boyfriend has been a better boyfriend now since our last breakup,and is putting in the effort to keep me, but my confustion still hasnt stopped. I made out with the other guy, again and am now so confused. I love my boyfriend dearly but I like this other guy. what do I do??? we are all good people and none of us deserve whats going on. PS- I tried to get a break to settle everything without any obligations but my boyfriend said we either stay together now or never—help
