Who sang Werewolves of London?

Warren Zevon is correct. A few other good songs by him, are “Lawyers, Guns, and Money” and another one that he put on his very last album right before he died was, “Keep Me In Your Heart”. It’s not a fun upbeat song like the “Werewolves” or “Lawyers” songs but that’s because it was his “goodbye song” to his children since he knew he was going to die. He died from Mesothelioma (check spelling) which is an asbestes related cancer. He had refused to see a doctor for over 20 years, due to a “phobia” of doctors. Something he admitted may have been a mistake, while he was on the Late Show with David Letterman in 2002. When he finally did see a doctor and discovered he had the inoperable cancer, he refused any treatment for it because he believed the treatment (most likely a radiation treatment which is very harsh on your body) would incapacitate him. He probably thought it would have stopped him from making any more music.
