I think its a phase all if not most teens go through. Try to just live through it, I dont think there’s a cure!

Well it sounds like your really depressed. The good thing though is that you are defiantly not alone. A lot of people are depressed and have trouble dealing with it. So what you need to do is go to you parents and explained how you have been feeling. Then I would talk to a professional. Either a doctor or a therapist. If you don’t start to feel better then you need to get some medicine.

It sounds like you have depression but don’t rely on any type of self-diagnosis. It could be if you’ve experienced some sort of traumatic even recently in which case, you’d probably just need to talk to someone to help you through any emotions. If nothing specific has happened and it just seems to have come on out of nowhere then I strongly suggest you do go see a doctor. They’ll be able to say how serious a condition it is. A friend of mine has had depression for almost 10 years now and tried almost every pill going. She’s been helping me through it for the last couple of years and she’s told me so many times to avoid going on medication as much as you can. Sometimes it may be the only option but you definitely need to talk to someone first. Give yourself time to work through the way you’re feeling, it won’t happen overnight.
