Looking for a job in Toledo, Ohio for a felon, ideas?

I am a convicted felon,1985 and if anyone can show me where to go in the Toledo,Ohio area it will be a blessing.

Try to go to one of those job training programs that are for the goverment or to Temp agencys, they get you temp jobs and sometime will place you in something permanent.

go to a small business that does not require background checks

I’ve went to temp agencies and every one I went to did background checks or would not even let me apply.
