  I've moved around so much it's not even funny. But different places come with different reasons. A lot of times it's because they're testing you. It's really dumb, but if you ignore them it'll usually piss them off, then they'll try harder, and if you still stay strong and shrug it off, they'll stop and have more respect for you for it. It's really twisted and crazy, but it's worked for me. :)

  Because they don't know you and maybe feel threatened. They don't know if you're going to take over their "clique" or whatever.
