I just dyed my hair

Did it turn out okay? Going from blonde to black is an extreeme change…just keep in mind that if you used a permanent dye, then it will be hard to go back to blonde as quickly as you went to black. If your hair was in good condition before you dyes it (eg: you hadn’t been bleaching it) then the colour should hold fairly well and your hair will be a lot shinier. Darker hair reflects more light than blonde so that is a bonus. If your hair wasn’t in the best condition then it will fade pretty quickly. My hair was light blonde and I recently dyed it dark brown (you can see both versions in my pics.) I had to dye it about 4 times to get the colour to settle and stay put, as my hair was so porous that it wasn’t taking the dye well. I get blonde roots as well which also means I am touching them up every 3 weeks. It’s a pain, but I prefer dark hair :)

what kind of hair dye was it oid it was temporary, it should fade, it might not fade back to blonde though if it was permanent, no, it wont fade and black will stay there unless you bleach your hair and dye it blonde again, or wait for it to grow out then cut off the black its up to you if you want to redye the roots most people do, some dont for a while but its your choice
